  1. We need to check if UDP/DTLS or TCP/TLS is enabled by right clicking the local Citrix Workspace App client while a connection is established. If the error involves black screen or grey screen, check the High DPI setting (see screenshot) on the user’s local endpoint Citrix Workspace App client, logoff and try again.
  2. Unfortunately the Citrix session doesn't recognize the second screen anymore. Instead, the window opens with scroll bars horizontally and vertically using the old screen resolution. Display looks like below while re-docking the Notebook and reconnecting the session using Workspace App for Windows 1812.

Workspace Control - Connect and Disconnect button in Receiver for Web are not visible. You have enabled the setting to display Reconnect/Disconnect button for Receiver for Web as shown in the screenshot below: However, when user logs on to Receiver for Web, they don't see the Connect and Disconnect button as shown in the screenshot below.

10When users double-hop, wfica32.exe consumes a high amount of CPU.Create a SlowHPCPolling registry key with a value between 2-500ms. It is required that you test the value in your environment to determine which value works best. It is recommended to start with 16ms but if you notice performance issues then you can increase or decrease the value.
